Youth-Centered Decision Making
This toolkit can be provided by clinicians to help caregivers, families, and young people make shared choices about treatment. It can help kids and teens have a voice in their care. It can also guide family members, caregivers, and foster parents to help their children get the right care and have great health outcomes.
